1. Description of Services

The Balance Space offers pilates classes led by qualified instructors. Classes are held in groups, in accordance with the schedule published in the The Balance Space mobile application.

Booking and purchasing classes is available exclusively through the The Balance Space mobile application, available on iOS and Android.

2. Pricing

All prices are quoted in Polish zloty (PLN) and are gross prices (inclusive of VAT, if applicable).

Purchasing a package with a larger number of classes offers a discount on the base price:

Packages are valid for 30 days from the date of activation.

3. Purchase and Service Activation Rules

  1. Registration: To make a purchase, you must create an account in the The Balance Space application by providing a phone number or e-mail address. Verification is performed using a one-time password (OTP).
  2. Service selection: The User selects individual classes or a package in the "My Plan" section of the application.
  3. Payment: Payment is processed online through the PayNow (mBank S.A.) payment operator. Available payment methods: bank transfers, BLIK, payment cards. Currency: PLN (Polish zloty).
  4. Activation: The service is activated immediately upon payment confirmation by the payment operator. For packages (passes), the 30-day validity period begins from the moment the payment is recorded.
  5. Class booking: Once the service is activated, the User may book classes in the application according to the available schedule. Bookings can be made within the booking window (by default, 7 days before the class).
  6. Confirmation: After purchase, the User receives a transaction confirmation in the application. Transaction history is available in the User's profile.

4. Service Delivery

The service (pilates classes) is delivered in person, at times in accordance with the schedule published in the application. The service is rendered immediately after booking — the User participates in the class at the chosen time.

The service is intangible in nature — it does not involve the delivery of physical goods. There are no delivery costs.

5. Cancellations and Refunds

  1. The User may cancel a booking free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled class time.
  2. If a booking is cancelled less than 24 hours before the class, the funds may not be refunded.
  3. Right of withdrawal: Under the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights (Ustawa o prawach konsumenta), the User has the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of purchase, provided they have not attended any classes under the package.
  4. Refund requests should be sent to: thebalancespacehq@gmail.com.
  5. Refunds are made to the account from which the payment was made, within 14 business days of the request being approved.

6. Complaints

Complaints regarding the services provided should be sent to the e-mail address: thebalancespacehq@gmail.com. A complaint should include: full name, e-mail address associated with the account, a description of the issue, and the expected resolution. The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days.
